The owner of this apartment needed help to pack up her home and prepare it for sale so she could move interstate and care for her mother. She faced a monumental task as she was also managing her own health issues. We were humbled to provide this lovely client with all the help she needed to make the move interstate and be with

her mother as soon as possible.


We worked within her timeframes to turn her apartment around and get her extra funds in her pocket as soon as possible. A quick cosmetic renovation transformed this little unit from tired and outdated to market-ready in no time. We had no trouble selling this home fast, and our client received the jump-start she needed to start her new life with her mum.

"I didn't have to lift a finger, in what was a very trying time for me. I'm chronically ill and suddenly had to move interstate to care for my ailing mother.
