  2. Full upfront funding by YPP – We pay all renovation costs, so there’s no financial outlay required from you.
  3. Loan term and timing – Interest is charged on the loan for 5 months, commencing from the first open home. This ensures you only start paying once the house is market-ready, while also covering the sales campaign, auction, and up to a 90-day settlement if needed.
  4. You keep the profits – Unlike the Profit Share model, all profit from the sale after costs returns to you.
  5. Choose your agent – You can select your own real estate agent to sell your home.

  2. Strategic renovations – We invest in renovations designed to maximise sale price, only spending where it adds real value.
  3. Sale for top dollar – Your home is sold for the best possible price through a trusted agent nominated by us.
  4. Profit sharing – After costs are repaid, any profit above the guaranteed start value is split 50/50 between you and us, capped at the amount spent on renovations.
