to care for my ailing mother. I rang YPP and they looked after me better than a mother! They organised their team of

"We invited Your Property Profits to renovate an old three bedroom 'ex-govie.' The result was quite amazing. With only

a tiny increase to the floor area we ended up with a 3 bedroom house that now boasts a pantry/laundry, an ensuite,

built-in robes in all three bedrooms, none of which previously existed. The bathroom was completely refurbished. The

layout of the living space was completely changed with the kitchen being moved to another area. Overall the house is

far less cluttered, appears roomier and is much lighter. We left Sophie pretty much to her own devices, but she did

consult us on decisions where there were significant cost implications. She was very easy to deal with. The overall result

has been that when we did put it on the market for lease, contracts were signed within a week and the rent is

significantly more than it would otherwise have been. We are very confident that when we do sellthe property we will
