Project Summary

We turned this tired 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom investment property into a stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom modern home. We reconfigured the lounge, kitchen and laundry to create a light-filled open-plan space and brought the outside in with gorgeous sliding stacker doors.


This renovation made our interstate clients extremely happy with an extra $200 a week more on their rental income than before - and they didn't lift a finger!

"We invited Your Property Profits to renovate and old three bedroom "Guvvie". The result was quite amazing. With only a tiny increase to the floor area, we ended up with a 3 bedroom house that now boasts a pantry/laundry, an ensuite, and built-in robes in all three bedrooms, none of which previously existed. The bathroom was completely refurbished. The layout of the living space was completely changed with the kitchen was moved to another area. Overall the house is far less cluttered,

appears roomier and is much lighter. We left Sophie pretty much to her own devices, but she did consult with us on decisions where there were significant cost implications. She was very easy to deal with. The overall result has been that when we did put it on the market for lease, contracts were signed within a week and the rent is significantly more than it would otherwise have been. We are very confident that when we do sell the property we will recoup our costs - and more."
