Project Summary

This beautiful house in Downer was our clients childhood home. Following the death of her father, our client was determined to restore this home to its former glory and have it reach its full potential for a new family to make memories in. Structural changes were required for our reconfigure of this property. We added an ensuite to the main bedroom, relocating the kitchen, opened up living and family spaces and added larger windows, to connect the new layout with a gorgeous new deck. Once our design was in new place, our client took over decision making making, choosing her own colour scheme, kitchen design and garden layout. A labour of love for its owner, rather than a renovation for profit, no expense was spared on this property, with a full electrical update, new hot water system, high end insulation throughout and top end fixtures and fittings. The result is this gorgeous high end home with not a thing left to do.
