To get top dollar for this little two bedroom townhouse, we removed several walls, opening up the living spaces and increasing profit by creating a third bedroom. New gutters, freshly painted eaves and downpipes, new landscaping and a complete internal facelift, including new paint, new floorings, new window treatments and a brand spanking new kitchen, gave our gorgeous client top dollar for his home, with money to spare on his new life by the beach.
