Project Summary

Renovations had already begun on this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom property, when YPP were called in to assist. Having run out of money to finish the job, our client hired YPP to complete and finance the final touches for sale. We painted the house throughout the inside as well external gutters, downpipes and cladding. We put down new flooring, updated the electrical and tidied up the garden. We also assisted our client throughout the process providing upfront payment of her rent, bond for the

purchase of her new home and all moving costs in order to reduce her stress and enable her to simultaneously settle on her new purchase and the sale of this home.


Looking stunning, this home sold prior to auction for our clients dream price.
