Retiring to the City

The Angle, NSW

Project Summary

This gorgeous cedar A-frame home with acreage had become too much to maintain for our lovely clients, who were ready to return to city life and be in closer proximity to their grandchildren. Loved, but starting to show its age and lacking in light, we transformed this property into a country chic stunner. Introducing gyprock brightened the dark hallway and introduced textured contrast and all three bathrooms were updated with shaker style vanities, hand painted Moroccan basins and rustic blue handcrafted tiles. New flooring throughout, creation of a formal mudroom with hand painted hooks, fresh internal and external painting and updated lighting finished off this beautiful country home.

While neighbouring properties spent months on the market, we had this property renovated an on the market in 4 weeks and sold within 6 weeks, within a falling market!

Net Profit: $98,178
