Project Summary

This magnificent home needed a complete facelift to reach its full potential - and we loved every minute of it! While the owners raced interstate to relocate during strict border controls during COVID-19 lockdowns, we got busy transforming their home!


We made extensive internal changes, reconfiguring walls, bringing an external room inside and adding a mudroom and laundry, new walk-in-robes, extensive storage spaces, and a new kitchen and bathrooms. Landscaping and a complete external facelift completed the makeover, and boy was it worth it!



We generated an increase in value of $475,000, triggering a bidding war on auction night. The whole YPP team fell in love with this gorgeous home!
