Project Summary

This historic 1939 house needed a lot of love after its owners decided to downsize. We transformed the living spaces to open up the old-fashioned closed-in floor plan, replacing and reconfiguring the kitchen and adding as many extra windows as we could to create a modern, light-filled space. Our new strategic configuration also created a brand-new parents' retreat with private sitting room, massive walk-in-robe and spacious ensuite!
