Building Approvals (ACT & NSW)

In the ACT and NSW, major renovations and structural alterations may require Building Approval. If your proposed works are not exempt under current legislation, a licensed Building Certifier must be engaged to manage the approval process.

Building Approval typically takes around 3 weeks and includes formal approval of your works, on-site inspections, and final certification to ensure compliance with all regulations.
